When you take Wing Chun Kung Fu classes with us, you have the option of taking free Impact classes: physically extremely challenging cardio training exercises with a partner. For example punch-pad training. We train safely and with respect for each other, in a friendly environment.

In Impact – far more than in the regular Wing Chun classes – you work at building up your (fighting) cardio, muscle mass and resilience. The high intensity of the class forces you to react instinctively and by reflex. In this way, you discover which reflexes you already master and which you can still improve upon. These you can then give extra attention to in your Wing Chun classes.
